The Policy of Crafwell has addressed the purpose and context of the Crafwell, supports her strategic direction and provides clients in the Oil, Gas and allied services sectors of the Nigerian economy with Provision of Third Party Technical Inspection, QAQC Inspection, Non-destructive testing, manpower services that conforms to this international standard, statutory & regulatory requirements, meets client needs and expectations and is delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner. The Quality Policy is the framework to which the Quality objectives is defined. It is recognized by Crafwell that a strong total Quality management programme will impact favourably on all aspects of the company activities: Crafwell has therefore, determined, developed and maintained a Quality Management System that conforms to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and API Q1 10th Edition. Crafwell top management has the basic responsibility over the Quality Management System and is committed to continually improve its effectiveness. This Quality Policy is communicated to all staff by pasting it on the notice board, through awareness sessions and also communicated to clients through tendering and bidding process, understood and implemented throughout the company and is periodically reviewed for continuing suitability and adequacy.
